‘NSB’ is an advanced form of therapeutic massage that targets chronic pain and musculoskeletal issues using methods including, but not limited to: fascial release, craniosacral adjustments, and targeted pressure.

Thai Massage
Thai massage is an ancient, holistic bodywork service that incorporates passive stretching, acupressure, and assisted yoga-like poses to increase flexibility, release tension, and balance the body's energy.
