FAQ’s
A massage should provide relaxation. Get to know the steps beforehand so you’re feeling as comfortable as possible walking into your appointment. Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions I didn’t cover.
-
To prepare for your massage, avoid eating a heavy meal right before your session. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, and hydrate well. Ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to discuss your needs and settle into the studio.
-
Prior to your appointment, I will have provided directions to my home studio and parking. Once you have arrived, I will have reserved a street-parking spot for your appointment. If that is not available, you may find street-parking on a first-come first served basis.
-
At your first session, prior to starting your massage, we will discuss your health history, concerns, and goals. Be sure to inform me of any health conditions, injuries, or areas of sensitivity before the massage.
-
You can book online here or call/text me directly at (805) 974-3630.

Same day appointments are sometimes available, however, walk-ins are not accepted at this time.
-
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
